Rasengan is what is going on in this pic. from left to right it is the Fourth Hokage (the Yellow Flash of Konoha), Naruto, and Jiraiya. this is a jutsu invented by the Fourth Hokage where he latter teaches Jiraiya who was his teacher, then Naruto latter learns it from Jiraiya. this jutsu is when you spin your charkra making a condenced ball that pwns people.
